retail sales, supermarket promotions, hostessing, brand activation, cafés, or restaurants

we will train you on coffee, drinks, and barista skills

Who This Role Is For
- You might be a strong fit if you have experience as a:
- Supermarket promoter / brand ambassador
- Retail or counter sales staff
- Hostess or front-of-house staff
- Café or restaurant service staff with a sales mindset
- F&B technical skills are trainable.
- Sales attitude is not.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage customers and explain products
- Upsell and cross-sell drinks, add-ons, and combos
- Create a welcoming, energetic customer experience
- Build rapport with regular customers
- Learn and prepare coffee, smoothies, and healthy drinks (training provided)
Requirements
- **Strong customer-facing and sales mindset (non-negotiable)**
- Confident spoken English
- Comfortable initiating conversations with customers
- Positive, energetic, and service-oriented personality
- Prior experience in
- sales, retail, promotions, or hospitality
- preferred
- **No barista experience required**
- (training provided)
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday:
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- or
2:45 Pm – 10:45 Pm
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: Day off
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary:
Aed 2,000 – 2,500
- (based on profile)
