Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with guests to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicle
- Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicles, features, and technology
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle benefits
- Follow up with prospective guest via phone, email, and text
- Set and manage appointments with online leads
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Confidently ask for the sale and follow through on all opportunities
Requirements
- Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
- Availability to work Saturdays and evenings
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Reliable transportation
