Sales Associate Full Time - Dufferin Mall

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Engage mall shoppers, follow the sales process, and create prospective-client networks using the CRM tool.
• Promote WOW! and represented brands while providing personalized, unbiased advice.
• Achieve business metrics and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Manage inventory, including receiving, labeling, securing, and system updates.
• Follow merchandising, cleanliness, opening, closing, training, promotion, and policy requirements.
• Manage cash, point-of-sale systems, and inventory systems.

Requirements

• Availability for 32–40 hours per week during mall hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Customer-facing retail or hospitality experience using a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to initiate conversations, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Openness to feedback, coaching, and personal and professional growth.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Wireless retail or commission sales experience is an asset.

Compensation and benefits

• Pay is $17.60 per hour plus an uncapped commission structure.

Work schedule and workplace

• The position is based at the Dufferin Mall kiosk and requires work during mall operating hours.
• Evening and weekend availability is required based on operational needs.
