Job Summary
We are seeking friendly, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our inaugural location of a new department store chain.
The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain merchandise displays, process sales transactions, and help create a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized merchandise displays.
- Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels.
- Promote store products, services, and special offers.
- Meet sales and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Female Only.
- Open to All Nationalities.
- Must be located in Qatar.
- Must have valid Qatar Residency Permit (Family or Freelance).
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Gift Wrapping Experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate merchandise.
- Access to Reliable Transportation required.
- Fluency in English and/or Arabic required.
- **Employment Type:** Full-Time.
- **Compensation:** Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
- **Location:** Lusail, Qatar.
- Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
