Role overview
Full-time retail sales associate role selling perfumes, premium chocolates, flowers, and gift sets.
Work location is in person.
Sales and customer service
- Welcome customers and provide excellent service.
- Recommend products and demonstrate fragrances.
- Upsell and cross-sell to achieve sales targets.
- Handle POS transactions accurately.
Products, store, and events
- Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, fragrance notes, chocolate ingredients, and floral arrangements.
- Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards.
- Participate in exhibitions, bazaars, and promotional events; assist with setup, product presentations, and sales.
- Appear in promotional videos and present products when required.
Candidate requirements
- Previous retail sales experience is required.
- Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, gifting, or hospitality is a plus.
- Fluent English is required; a second language is an advantage.
- Candidates should be sales-driven, have strong communication skills, and present themselves professionally.
- Must be flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and events.
