Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Real Estate Sales Associate to join our growing agency in Dubai.
You will act as an investment advisor, guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties.
Your focus will be on building a strong portfolio and closing deals while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- **Client Consultation:** Guide prospective buyers and sellers through real estate transactions, determining their ideal property needs and financial parameters.
- **Lead Generation:** Generate new business via networking, cold calling, and following up on inquiries.
- **Property Viewings:** Coordinate and conduct professional property viewings and open houses.
- **Market Knowledge:** Maintain a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including pricing, off-plan launches, ROI, and current trends.
- **Negotiation & Closing:** Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, draft offers, and manage contracts to closure.
- **CRM Management:** Update and maintain client records, lead pipelines, and property listings.
- **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all transactions adhere to local property regulations, including coordinating with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Experience:** Proven experience in real estate sales or client-facing roles; motivated newcomers to the Dubai market are also welcome.
- **Skills:** Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Mindset:** Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- **Language:** Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are a strong advantage.
