• This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on connecting with people, takes pride in representing a trusted brand, and wants to grow alongside an established distributor with a strong regional footprint.
• What you'll be doing:
• Welcoming and assisting customers in-store, acting as a knowledgeable brand ambassador for hoco.
• Guiding customers through our product range and helping them find the right solutions for their needs
• Managing the company's social media accounts end-to-end — planning, creating, and posting content, including videos, to showcase our products and strengthen brand visibility
• Conducting proactive client outreach and consistent follow-up to build a loyal customer base
• Cultivating genuine, lasting relationships that go beyond the transaction and drive repeat business
• Staying informed on new product launches, promotions, and market trends to better serve our customers
• What we're looking for:
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication
• Hands-on experience managing business social media accounts and creating content, including short-form video
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a results-oriented mindset
• Reliability, energy, and a genuine enthusiasm for technology and customer service
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or social media is an advantage, though attitude and drive matter most to us
