Sales Associate – Fashion Retail
Location: Flat Moda, Al Manar Mall, Ras Al Khaimah
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 2,500 – 2,800 + Commission + Visa + Medical Insurance
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Drive sales and achieve daily sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain store appearance through visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
- Handle POS transactions, billing, returns, and cash/card payments accurately.
- Follow company SOPs for fitting rooms, stock rooms, and loss prevention procedures.
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of UAE retail or fashion retail experience (mall experience preferred).
- Good communication skills in English; Hindi, Tagalog, or Arabic is an advantage.
- Presentable, energetic, and sales-oriented personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
