Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Dubai.

The Sales Associate will welcome customers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable fragrances from the Layqa Perfumes collection.

Day-to-day tasks include demonstrating products, explaining fragrance notes, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized, visually appealing store.

The role involves meeting sales targets, handling customer inquiries, managing stock on the sales floor, and supporting promotions or in-store events.

The Sales Associate will also help ensure that all customers receive courteous, attentive service and leave with a positive impression of the brand.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales, luxury goods, or customer-facing roles, preferably in fragrances, cosmetics, or fashion.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers in a professional, respectful manner.
  • Basic point-of-sale (POS) and cash-handling skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to learn and explain product features, fragrance families, and usage tips clearly and confidently.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Arabic, are an advantage.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, manage busy periods calmly, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a premium retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
