Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Doha. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for every client. You will also support online order processing and assist with daily store and eCommerce operations as needed.

This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for retail and luxury products.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and engage customers to deliver outstanding in-store and online service.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
• Process sales transactions accurately, prepare invoices, and handle payment procedures.
• Support online sales channels (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, Ahmed Perfumes website) by managing customer inquiries and order fulfillment.
• Ensure product displays, shelves, and promotional areas are organized and visually appealing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
• Assist in tracking stock levels, monitoring product availability, and coordinating with inventory teams.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or eCommerce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic sales reporting tools.
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq) is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the perfume, cosmetics, or luxury retail industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic, English, Malayalam, Urdu, and Hindi is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR1,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
