Saraya Marketing Management seeks a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to assist customers, promote products and services, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers professionally and in a friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain current knowledge of products, promotions, and company offerings.
- Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and store displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
- Basic computer skills, such as MS Office or equivalent.
