We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused **Sales Associate cum Receptionist** to be the first point of contact for our gym here at CHALK TRAINING GROUND.
This role combines front-desk responsibilities with active membership and product sales.
The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, enjoys engaging with people, and is motivated to meet **monthly sales targets**.
Reception Duties
- Greet members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs using the gym’s software system.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Handle bookings for classes and personal training sessions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Provide general information about gym services, pricing, and schedules.
Sales Duties
- Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and retail products.
- Conduct gym tours for potential clients and highlight key offerings.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into members.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update client information.
- **Meet or exceed monthly sales targets** set by management.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (experience in the fitness industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to hit targets or KPIs.
- Energetic, confident, and customer-focused.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computer systems and sales software.
