Client Advisor
We are seeking a confident and client-focused Sales Associate (Client Advisor) to represent our brand and deliver a premium customer experience.
This role is responsible for guiding clients through their purchase journey, building relationships, and driving sales performance while maintaining the highest level of service and brand presentation.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Engagement & Sales
- Welcome and assist clients in-store or through direct communication
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products
- Guide clients through the full purchase journey (consultation → selection → closing)
- Build long-term relationships with clients
2. Sales Performance
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products (rings, earrings, sets, add-ons)
- Contribute to overall revenue growth
3. Product Knowledge & Advisory
- Develop strong knowledge of:
- Jewellery collections
- Materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones)
- Design concepts and brand story
- Educate clients and provide confident recommendations
4. Client Experience (Luxury Standard)
- Deliver a high-end, personalized service experience
- Maintain strong communication before, during, and after sale
- Follow up with clients for relationship building
5. Sales Administration
- Record client details and sales transactions accurately
- Coordinate with operations and accounting teams for order processing
- Ensure all client orders are properly documented
6. Store & Brand Presentation
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
- Ensure product displays are organized and aligned with brand image
- Represent the brand professionally at all times
Preferred
- Experience in:
- Jewellery / fashion / luxury retail
- Arabic speaking (advantage)
- Experience handling high-value clients
- Pay: AED36,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per year
