Role overview
ANTA is seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-oriented Sales Associate for its UAE retail team.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs; deliver an excellent shopping experience and build customer loyalty.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation; support POS transactions, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor stock, replenishment, and inventory accuracy; collaborate with the store team to meet business objectives.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and follow company policies, mall regulations, and operational standards.
- Prepare and support daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Arabic-speaking ability and 2–4 years of retail sales experience.
- Sportswear, fashion, lifestyle, or footwear retail experience is preferred; UAE retail experience is highly preferred.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and KPIs; strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities; good knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
