• Sales & Business Development
- Conduct regular client visits and door-to-door business development activities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for manpower, recruitment, and staffing services
- Promote and explain company manpower solutions to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Client Management & Coordination
- Understand client manpower and recruitment requirements
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to meet client needs
- Follow up on proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Ensure client satisfaction and support long-term account growth
• Market & Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, and follow-ups
