About This Role
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and brings at least 3 years of retail experience in Qatar, with a strong ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a premium in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions
- Handle transactions accurately using POS systems
- Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience in Qatar
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
- Well-presented with a professional attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred:
- Experience in premium/luxury retail or hospitality
- Strong product demonstration and upselling skills
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
