- **Your Role At** **Spret Trading**As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- In addition, you will:
- Determine the client’s needs and suggest relevant products by listening to the client, and by leveraging product knowledge from brand trainings.
- Encourage clients to try on the product by providing personalized consultations and product application to the client while educating the client.
- Create a branded, luxury client experience.
- Work as a team player, upholding company policies in all aspects of customer service and contributing to a positive working environment.
- **You are Perfect Candidate** **If You Have**
- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Positive attitude and self-motivation to win every customer
- Exceptional influential skills
- Proven ability to focus and perform
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
