About This Role

AcaiXpress is looking for a driven and confident Sales Associate to support the growth of our B2B sales division in Abu Dhabi.

This role is focused on selling AcaiXpress products to business clients, including cafés, restaurants, hotels, gyms, juice bars, catering companies, and other food service operators. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, previous experience in F&B sales, and the ability to identify, approach, and convert business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting potential clients, presenting our products, following up with prospects, managing client relationships, and using sales tools such as CRM platforms, social media, and digital communication channels to support daily sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients, including cafés, restaurants, hotels, gyms, juice bars, catering companies, and food service businesses
  • Generate new leads through cold calls, client visits, referrals, online research, social media, and networking
  • Use CRM tools to record leads, manage follow-ups, track client conversations, and monitor sales progress
  • Use social media and digital platforms to identify potential clients and support lead generation
  • Present AcaiXpress products professionally to business owners, managers, chefs, and purchasing teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business clients
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into active accounts
  • Coordinate product samples, client meetings, and sales presentations
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable AcaiXpress products
  • Support wholesale, corporate, HORECA, and partnership sales opportunities
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order coordination and client satisfaction
  • Meet agreed sales targets and contribute to monthly revenue growth

Requirements

  • Previous experience in F&B sales is required
  • Experience in B2B sales, wholesale, HORECA, café, restaurant, hotel, or food service sales is strongly preferred
  • Experience using sales tools such as CRM platforms, social media, WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets, or other lead management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has a valid UAE driver's license
  • Confident in approaching new businesses and speaking with decision-makers
  • Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools to manage sales activity and client communication
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Good understanding of the Abu Dhabi F&B market is an advantage
  • Ability to work full-time in Abu Dhabi

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
