Full-time Customer Service & Sales Executive role in Dubai, UAE.
The role combines customer support with sales generation and customer relationship building.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service and sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to meet sales targets and build customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, plus problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Own-visa holders and candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
- Immediate joiners only.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and walk-ins; identify needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate business opportunities, achieve sales targets, maintain customer relationships, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
- Resolve complaints, maintain accurate customer records, and prepare sales reports.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
