Overview
We are a thriving souvenir shop seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team immediately.
If you have a passion for customer service and retail, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding the perfect souvenirs
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain store displays to ensure an attractive shopping environment
- Stock shelves and manage inventory levels
- Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and reconcile daily sales
- Use Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and basic reporting
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and product recommendations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues professionally
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
