Sales Assistant / Sales Administrator / Sales Support Officer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, update CRM records, track leads, and maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries, schedule meetings, follow up with prospects, and coordinate timely communication between clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate sales reports, assist with basic data analysis, and help organize sales events or training sessions.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Fundamental sales understanding and interest in sales support, lead follow-up, and basic pipeline management.
• Organization skills to manage tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines; ability to collaborate, adapt, and attend to detail.
• Proficiency with common office and productivity tools, including MS Office and CRM systems.
• Previous sales support, customer service, or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Relevant education in Business, Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Work arrangement

• Hybrid role combining on-site work in Abu Dhabi Emirate with some work-from-home flexibility.
