Sales assistant role in a cake and sweets shop.
The role supports customer service, product selection, order taking, and daily shop operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them professionally.
- Recommend suitable cakes, sweets, and other products.
- Record orders and process sales accurately through the POS system.
- Prepare and package customer orders.
- Maintain product display quality and arrangement.
- Handle customer questions and requests.
- Monitor product availability and notify the team when stock is low.
- Maintain cleanliness and health standards.
- Support daily sales targets.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a similar field is preferred.
- English proficiency is preferred.
Workplace
- The role is in person in Riyadh.
Compensation
- Pay is SAR 5,000–5,500 per month.
