Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Sales Assistant.

The Sales Assistant will support the sales team with day-to-day tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, assisting with itinerary preparation, and maintaining up-to-date records of leads and bookings.

The role includes helping to coordinate communication with prospective travelers, sharing information about winter sports packages, and following up on leads through email, messaging platforms, and calls.

The Sales Assistant will also help organize digital files, update customer databases or CRM tools, and support the preparation of presentations or sales materials.

In addition, the intern may assist with basic market research and provide feedback on customer needs to help refine offerings and improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities, with a focus on building trust and positive relationships.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including clear, professional email and messaging etiquette.
  • Interest or foundational skills in sales, with a willingness to learn sales techniques and support lead follow-up.
  • Good organization skills, including managing multiple tasks, maintaining accurate records, and meeting deadlines.
  • Comfort with remote work tools (e.g., email, video conferencing, shared documents) and basic computer proficiency.
  • Enthusiasm for travel, sports, or outdoor activities; interest in winter sports is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse, distributed team and to take initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Current student or recent graduate in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
