Supports the sales and commercial team with customer account coordination, routine customer support, payment follow-ups, and office administration.
Responsibilities
- Support customer accounts with operational and administrative tasks; communicate with customers and follow up on issues, invoices, and statements.
- Escalate commercial or service issues to senior sales team members; build customer and internal relationships and manage smaller customer accounts.
- Develop product and technical knowledge and support improvements to customer service and internal processes.
- Prepare sales and customer performance reports; analyze trends, forecasts, and open orders and maintain accurate sales data.
- Collect customer forecast information, maintain shared files, assist with forecast comparisons, and support forecast uploads and system updates.
- Maintain SAP customer master data, including Ship-To/Sold-To records, material extensions, and basic queries.
- Facilitate office license, registered document, and insurance renewals; manage vendors, supplies, equipment, maintenance, and courier services.
- Translate Arabic documents to support local and global requirements.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a Chemistry qualification.
- Graduate candidate or 3–4 years of experience in technical, sales support, customer service, sales administration, or commercial operations.
- Arabic language skills are compulsory.
- Customer-facing or account support exposure is an advantage.
