Role overview
Join the team as a customer-focused Sales Assistant supporting customers, product promotion, sales processing, product displays, and sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Help customers select suitable products and provide excellent service.
- Explain product features, prices, and promotions.
- Process customer orders and monitor stock and payments accurately.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Support daily sales and administrative activities.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is requested.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills are requested.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are requested.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
- AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
