About This Role

Responsible

  • Source new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads and initiating outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Analyze customer needs and requirements to better align with their expectations.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Business Development Manager for further nurturing and closure.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing events and materials, including creative copywriting and designing marketing collateral.
  • For students with computer science background:
  • Use programming skills like Python and SQL to analyze lead data and improve outreach strategies.
  • Work with customers to understand their technical needs, such as APIs and system integration, and match them with the right solutions.
  • Explain technical details in simple business terms for non-technical teams.
  • Pass qualified leads to Business Development Managers with clear technical background information.
  • Track customer opportunities using system tools and prepare reports for sales analysis.

Qualification

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing or strong willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Eagerness to grow in a technical account, business development, or pre-sales role.
