- Source new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads and initiating outbound cold calls and emails.
- Analyze customer needs and requirements to better align with their expectations.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Business Development Manager for further nurturing and closure.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing events and materials, including creative copywriting and designing marketing collateral.
- For students with computer science background:
- Use programming skills like Python and SQL to analyze lead data and improve outreach strategies.
- Work with customers to understand their technical needs, such as APIs and system integration, and match them with the right solutions.
- Explain technical details in simple business terms for non-technical teams.
- Pass qualified leads to Business Development Managers with clear technical background information.
- Track customer opportunities using system tools and prepare reports for sales analysis.
Qualification
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing or strong willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Eagerness to grow in a technical account, business development, or pre-sales role.
