Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused **Sales Assistant** to join our moving company.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations for moving and relocation services.
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule moving services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and promoting company services.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure excellent customer service.
- Perform other administrative and sales-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (experience in the moving or logistics industry is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- UAE experience is preferred.
