We are currently looking for a proactive and dedicated Assistant Sales to support our sales department with data management, client engagement, and campaign execution.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about developing a comprehensive sales skill set while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Clean and maintain sales data within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and usability. Regularly update and create sales lists to support targeted sales activities.
- Sales Support: Assist in the preparation and follow-up of quotations. Support the sales team by scheduling and coordinating meetings through effective cold calling.
- Campaign Management: Participate in the creation and execution of sales campaigns, including emailers, to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
- Client Management: Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and issues. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and attention.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients to enhance customer relationships and increase revenue.
Reporting Responsibilities
- Direct Reporting: Report directly to the Director of Sales and provide comprehensive updates on CRM data status, sales list effectiveness, and client management issues.
- Collaborative Reporting: Work closely with each sales leader to gather and analyze data, ensuring that reporting contributes to strategic sales planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
