Role Overview:
As a Sales Assistant, you will engage directly with customers, assist them in selecting and purchasing products, and ensure the store maintains high standards of presentation and service. You will contribute to both sales and merchandising efforts while supporting the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, units per transaction (UPT), and average transaction value (ATV).

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing expert guidance on product features, collections, and recommendations.
• Drive sales through effective up-selling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle returns efficiently.
• Maintain stock levels, perform merchandising duties, and ensure displays are attractive and organized.
• Monitor and meet store KPIs, including conversion rates, UPT, and ATV.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive store environment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current products, trends, and pop culture.
• Assist with online promotions and any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of frontline retail experience (toys, collectibles, or pop culture preferred).
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic merchandising principles.
• KPI-driven mindset with a focus on conversion, UPT, and ATV.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
