Location:** Dubai, Sharjah
Radiant Filters Trading LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Sales Assistant** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support the sales department in daily operations and ensure smooth coordination with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and providing product information
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for order fulfillment
- Maintain and update customer and sales records
- Follow up on pending orders and payments as required
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer communications professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business or related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of automotive spare parts or filters is an advantage
