Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Dubai.

The Sales Assistant will support the sales team with day-to-day activities such as preparing quotations, tracking inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records in CRM and other systems.

The role includes responding to customer calls and emails, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring timely communication of product and order information.

The Sales Assistant also manage the onsite deliveries and operations and documentation.

Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, assisting with proposals and presentations, supporting trade shows or client visits, and helping to maintain an organized sales pipeline and filing system.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build rapport with clients and support positive customer experiences.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle inquiries, prepare documentation, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Foundational Sales skills, including lead follow-up, opportunity tracking, and basic negotiation support.
  • Solid Organization Skills to manage multiple inquiries, maintain accurate records, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Prior experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, ideally in industrial, HVAC, or technical supply sectors, is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
