The Sales and Artistry Coordinator represents the brand through sales, education, and artistry across a large multi-retailer territory.
The role oversees account operations in department and specialty stores and works to maximize sales and customer service.
Responsibilities span sales, brand engagement, merchandising, operations, training, and retail relationships.
Sales
- Drive store financial results against plans and key performance indicators, including sales and product rankings.
- Set and communicate individual and team sales targets and support delivery of sales objectives.
- Identify and execute events that build brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Share best practices in regional meetings and team calls, and recommend business improvements based on performance.
- Promote sales through brand teams when not present in store and pursue year-over-year business growth.
Customer service and artistry
- Lead by example in delivering the brand's customer service experience and improving service through store support, training, and events.
- Manage customer queries with sound judgment and seek positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Education team on ongoing internal and external service, artistry, and product-knowledge training.
- Promote the brand's website and virtual services and use retailer customer databases for clienteling.
- Maintain and improve personal artistry skills and follow the brand's appearance and dress standards.
Team development
- Anticipate staffing and support needs to help drive sales.
Requirements
- Represent the Charlotte Tilbury brand and its service standards in department and specialty stores.
- Demonstrate makeup artistry and product knowledge to customers and retail teams.
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow the brand dress code for makeup and attire.
