Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Procurement role based in Dubai.
The role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
The team member will build and maintain relationships with clients, understand project requirements, prepare proposals, and support sales initiatives to drive revenue growth in key sectors.
Daily tasks include monitoring market trends, coordinating with logistics and operations teams, updating order and inventory records, and resolving service or supply issues promptly.
The role also includes preparing reports, supporting training efforts for internal staff or partners on products and processes, and collaborating with management to improve procurement and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to develop opportunities, manage accounts, and support business growth.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding and knowledge sharing on products, processes, and systems.
- Candidates should have experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields, preferably within construction, steel, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Candidates should demonstrate negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills, with proficiency in standard office and ERP tools.
- Candidates should be able to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate in a multicultural environment, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages and GCC market experience are considered an advantage.
