Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders and coordinate supplier procurement to meet tenders, requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, track orders, and maintain accurate internal records.
- Monitor stock levels and demand patterns, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and support data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Work with the sales team to optimize product availability; communicate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and maintain service-oriented relationships.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in the auto spare parts industry is required.
- Auto spare parts cataloguing knowledge, mainly for Japanese cars, is required.
- Strong purchasing, procurement, purchase-order, and supplier-coordination skills, including local-market price negotiation.
- Analytical ability to track inventory and demand; proficiency in MS Office and ERP or inventory management systems.
- Effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams; accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages commonly used in the UAE are beneficial.
- A relevant business, supply-chain, or related diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred.
