Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Riyadh.
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing plans to promote the group’s services across investment, contracting, trade, events, tourism, and entertainment sectors.
Typical duties include identifying and qualifying leads, managing client relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating agreements in coordination with internal teams.
The role will also involve planning and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media and digital channels, supporting events and exhibitions, and monitoring market trends and competitors.
The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding, accurate sales forecasts, and timely reporting on performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales prospecting, lead qualification, client relationship management, and closing deals.
- Experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning across multiple sectors or services.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and basic SEO/SEM concepts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in a professional business environment.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and produce clear reports and sales/marketing insights.
- Comfort working on-site with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in investments, contracting, events, tourism, or related industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms is a plus.
- Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
