Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Dubai.

The specialist will drive sales of interior and festive design services by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to closing.

Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting design offerings to prospective clients, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating closely with design and operations teams to ensure accurate project scope and delivery.

The role will also support marketing activities such as assisting with campaigns, maintaining product and service knowledge, representing the brand at events or in-store displays, and gathering market feedback to inform sales strategies.

The specialist is expected to maintain detailed records in CRM tools, provide regular sales reports, and contribute to training and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and professional written and verbal interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on understanding client needs, managing expectations, and ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing, ideally within interior design, luxury retail, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Sales Management and Training skills, such as managing a sales pipeline, using CRM tools, supporting team performance, and contributing to ongoing product or service training.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate in a fast-paced, design-focused environment, and adapt to peak seasonal periods.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing concepts, social media promotion, and brand representation is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in interior design, events, or hospitality sectors is preferred but not required; a strong interest in design and seasonal décor is highly beneficial.
