Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Dubai, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist.
The specialist will focus on driving sales, managing key client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and designing and implementing marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
include achieving sales targets, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, managing client inquiries, and supporting sales team training.
The role requires proactive communication, collaboration with the design, operations, and management teams as well as engaging with prospective and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to identify new opportunities and achieve targets.
- Demonstrated expertise in Training and teamwork to guide and support sales initiatives effectively.
- Knowledge in Sales Management and marketing strategies to drive business growth and client acquisition.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience within the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry is a plus.
