Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Doha, Qatar.

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will identify and qualify leads, conduct sales meetings, prepare proposals, and manage the full sales cycle for PR and communication services.

The role includes developing and executing marketing campaigns, supporting social media and digital outreach, and collaborating with the PR team to align sales initiatives with brand messaging.

Daily tasks also involve maintaining client relationships, providing responsive customer support, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular sales and marketing reports.

The specialist will participate in client presentations, networking events, and training sessions to stay current on industry trends and company offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client expectations professionally.
  • Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in a service-oriented environment.
  • Background in Sales Management or coordination, including pipeline tracking, reporting, and performance follow-up.
  • Experience in Training team members or clients on products, services, or processes is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing, social media management) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment;
