Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic **Sales & Marketing Executive** to join our Interior Decor & Contracting team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our interior fit-out, decoration, and contracting services.
Fresh graduates and candidates with little or no experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
- Promote the company's interior decor and contracting services to potential clients.
- Meet prospective customers, conduct presentations, and explain service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- **Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).**
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in **English or Arabic** (knowledge of both languages is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Ability to travel within the UAE for client meetings.
