The Role
As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to close.
This is a 100% remote position that requires high energy, excellent communication, and strong self-discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- **Prospecting & Outreach:**
- Identify and connect with potential clients through cold outreach, warm leads, and follow-ups.
- **Product Demonstrations:**
- Conduct virtual meetings or presentations to pitch our solutions effectively.
- **Relationship Building:**
- Understand client pain points and position our services/products as the ideal solution.
- **Closing Deals:**
- Overcome objections and negotiate terms to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
What We Are Looking For
- **Experience:**
- 0 to 1 year of successful B2B or B2C sales experience (remote experience is a major plus).
- **Communication:**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- **Mindset:**
- A self-motivated "hunter" mentality with a proven track record of hitting targets.

Please Note
- This is a
- 100% commission-only
- position with no base salary.
- We offer a highly competitive, multi-tiered commission structure based on your level of involvement with the client:
- **Tier 1: Lead Generation / Introduction (15% Commission)**
- If you find the prospect, qualify them, and successfully
- get us in touch
- with the client to close the deal, you earn a
- 15% commission
- on the service value.
- **Tier 2: Client Representation / Full Cycle (10% Commission)**
- If you manage the relationship and
- represent the client
- through the full sales process, you earn a
- 10% commission
- per service.
- **Uncapped Earning Potential:**
- There is no limit on how many clients you can bring in or manage.
- **Payout Schedule:**
- Commissions are paid out promptly once the client's payment is processed.
