Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Sales & Marketing Executive / Business Development Officer (BDO)** with **2–3 years of sales experience** to join our growing team.
Candidates with experience in the **construction, interior fit-out, landscaping, or related industries** will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and business growth strategies.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Explore new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in construction, interior fit-out, landscaping, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience
- Sales: 3 years (Required)
- Business development: 2 years (Required)
