Supports sales outreach, marketing activities, campaign tracking, and sales-process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients, prepare outreach lists, and assist with follow-ups by email, phone, and social channels.
- Help develop marketing materials, maintain CRM records, and support campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand product capabilities and assist with client presentations and demos.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and marketing content.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills; foundational sales skills and interest in lead generation and outreach.
- Ability to assist with training materials and client onboarding; interest in organizing sales data, tracking activities, and reporting results.
- Comfort with CRM, productivity, and communication platforms; good analytical and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, product-focused environment and learn quickly.
- A relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
