1. Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certification in
- sales or marketing
- will be an advantage.
- 2.
Experience
- Minimum
- 2–5 years of experience
- in sales or marketing within:
- Civil material testing laboratories, Construction industry, Engineering consultancy or related services
- Good understanding of
- construction materials testing services
- (concrete, soil, asphalt, steel, etc.).
- 3.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with
- construction companies, contractors, consultants, and project owners
- .
- Promote the laboratory’s
- material testing services
- and generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and approach
- ongoing and upcoming construction projects
- .
- Prepare and submit
- technical and commercial proposals
- to clients.
- Coordinate with the
- technical/laboratory team
- for client requirements and testing schedules.
- Follow up with clients for
- quotations, approvals, and payments
- .
- Maintain a
- database of clients and project leads
- .
- Achieve
- sales targets
- and contribute to business growth.
4. Required Skills
- Strong
- communication and negotiation skills

- knowledge of the construction industry and testing standards
