Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Sales:**
• Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• **Marketing:**
• Create and execute marketing strategies to promote Tejwaans Corporate Group services.
• Collaborate on developing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media campaigns.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence to engage potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• **Client Engagement:**
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• **Reporting:**
• Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management.
• Track client interactions and maintain an updated CRM database.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• **Education:**
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• **Experience:**
• Proven experience (2+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in the corporate or service industry.
• Familiarity with the business setup or corporate consulting sector in Qatar is a plus.
• **Skills:**
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Persuasive and confident with excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is an added advantage).
• **Technical Skills:**
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.
