We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Cum Sales Executive to promote our products/services, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, identifying potential clients, and achieving sales targets while enhancing brand awareness.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Create and manage content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Meet prospective clients and present products/services effectively.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain an updated customer database.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license (if field sales is required).
