Role Overview
Conduct B2B field sales and promote facilities maintenance and repair services to property and building stakeholders.
Build client relationships and support annual maintenance contract renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls, site visits, and networking with property managers, facility directors, and building owners.
- Present and upsell water tank cleaning and disinfection, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair services.
- Maintain sales records, track leads, and meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Have 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B outside sales or marketing.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, pitching, and relationship-building skills.
- Be self-motivated with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Have a basic understanding of building maintenance and hygiene or sanitization standards.
- Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable personal transportation.
- Facilities management or construction experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work is conducted on the road.
