Sales & Transactions

  • Generate and manage property sales leads through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers and tenants.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and leasing targets.
  • Prepare and present competitive market analyses (CMAs) to clients.
  • Manage the full transaction lifecycle from initial enquiry through to contract execution and handover.

Leasing Operations

  • List, market, and lease residential and commercial properties on behalf of landlords and developers.
  • Qualify prospective tenants, conduct due diligence, and facilitate lease agreement execution.
  • Ensure compliance with tenancy contract regulations under Qatar law.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated leasing pipeline at all times.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
  • Provide expert market guidance, property valuations, and investment recommendations.
  • Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience aligned with company service standards.
  • Proactively follow up with past clients to generate repeat and referral business.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Stay current with Qatar real estate market trends, pricing, and regulatory changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, deals, and pipeline activity within the CRM system.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the Sales Manager on activity, pipeline, and closings.
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and company briefings as required.

Compliance & Ethics

  • Conduct all business activities in full compliance with Qatar Labour Law and Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA)

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered

Experience

2+ years in real estate sales/leasing preferred; fresh talent considered

Language English required; Arabic is a strong advantage

Licensing Valid Qatar driving license and a car is required

Technical Skills CRM systems, MS Office, property portals

Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)

· Monthly Sales / Leasing Transactions As per individual target plan

· Lead Generation Activity - Minimum weekly prospecting activity

· CRM Data Accuracy - 100% records updated within 24 hours

· Client Satisfaction - Positive feedback on all closed deals

· Listing Conversion Rate - Continuous improvement quarter-on-quarter

· Response Time to Enquiries - Within 30 mins hours during business hours

Compensation Structure

  • This role operates on a commission-only structure, providing uncapped earning potential directly linked to individual performance.
  • Commission rates are competitive.
  • Full details of the commission structure and payment terms will be communicated during the offer process.
  • Commission-based compensation (45-50%) — no fixed base salary applies to this role.
  • Commission is calculated on completed and settled sales and leasing transactions
