QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years industry experience
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Experience working within retail environment (specifically SEPHORA)
- Superior training and motivational abilities
- Analysis of sales results, sales forecasts and promotional impact
- Excellent makeup artistry skills
- Eye for merchandising
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Exhibit effective communication skills with customers, peers and management
- Experience in working with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Must have flexibility to work weekends
- Domestic travel across UAE (Middle East if required)
- Valid driver’s license & own car preferred
