Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a relevant field.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Open to relocation and able to adapt quickly to new environments.
- Strong ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and thrive in a multicultural environment.
- Strong initiative and organizational talent: able to work independently, solve problems, and stay focused on goals.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HORECA accounts, understand customer needs, and deliver the
- highest level of service.
- Prepare tailored business proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
- Conduct regular reporting on prospective customers, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and manage a client database; maintain updated records in CRM and tracking systems.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, volumes, and commercial terms.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Create long-term value through market insights, creative ideas, and strategic thinking.
- Work in a structured and organized manner, using modern tools (e.g., CRM systems) to maintain clear visibility of the sales pipeline.
