About the Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Emirati professionals to join a leading real estate organization in Dubai.
We are hiring for both Sales and Business Development (Broker Relations) roles to help establish and grow the broker network while driving business growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong background in the UAE real estate industry who have experience working with brokers, developers, or real estate agencies.
Sales Executive – 5 Positions
Business Development Executive (Broker Relations) – 5 Positions
Sales
Generate sales through existing and new broker relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.
Conduct property presentations and client meetings.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Business Development (Broker Relations)
Develop and expand the broker network across the UAE.
Onboard and activate new real estate brokers.
Build long-term relationships with brokerage firms and channel partners.
Organize broker engagement activities and networking events.
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Monitor broker performance and provide ongoing support.
Requirements
Proven experience in UAE real estate sales, broker relations, or business development.
Strong network within the UAE real estate market is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and commercially focused.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 per month.
Sales Roles: Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission.
Business Development Roles: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives.
